San Diego’s transfer plans for Man City’s Kevin De Bruyne change ahead of January transfer window

During Manchester City’s latest disappointment against Juventus in the Champions League, Kevin De Bruyne was still excellent in Turin.

De Bruyne was praised by fans for his efforts, one of very few Man City players who loꩵoked capable o🧔f inspiring a comeback.

That being said, De Bruyne’s future beyond the end of the season has often been subject of talk, and there now could even be overtures for 🅠his signature𝕴 next month.

TBR Football understands that San Diego FC are looking to bring De Bruyne to Am🌄erica in January, rather than waiting until the summer.

San Diego want to sign Kevin De Bruyne from Man City in January

De Bruyne is San Diego’s prime target and the club are looking to recruit the 33-year-old as one of t♏heir designa꧂ted players.

San Diego have already🅠 signed up Mexico star Hirving Lozano as one of their options leaving two furthe🐟r slots available.

Liverpool’s Mohamed 🍒Sal💮ah remains a ‘dream target’ for the new MLS side, due to his close ties with San Diego’s primary owner, Sir Mohamed Mansour.

However, that remains a distant option, but De Bruyne is very mu༺ch in their sights.

San Diego now want to recruit the Belgian ahead of the new season starting in ꧅February, and they have already held talks with De Bruy🐷ne.

The🦋 midfielder is set to leave City at the end of the season 𒊎and San Diego can make an official offer in January.

On that note, David Beckham’s Inter Miami have alsﷺo shown an int��erest in recent weeks and an offer from the club can’t be ruled out at this stage.

Saudi Pro League still fighting to sign De Bruyne

T🧔he Saudi Pro League are the biggest rivals for De Bruyne🐠’s signature, and they remain confident of landing him.

Howev⛦er, to get De♐ Bruyne in January they would have to pay for him – which TBR understands they are willing to do.

The que🐓stion is whether City will sell next month as their initial plan was for him to see out the season in England.

However, with City’s difficulties in recent weeks, they now believe a deal in January is possible – dependent on how much Pep Guardiola’s si𝓡de demand.

San Diego, who have just made their choices in the 2024 expansion draft, would love to have De Bruyne in place ah🥂ead of the launc♒h of their inaugural season in MLS.

One other MLS team that has previouslyܫ shown an 𒁏interest in De Bruyne is David Beckham’s Inter Miami and they could yet propose an alternative offer for the Belgian captain to consider.
