‘Sad’: Martin Odegaard delivers honest verdict on Aubameyang’s Arsenal exit

Arsenal star Martin Odegaard has cla⭕imed that it was sad to see Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang leave the Gunners at the start of this month.
The Gabon striker 🐠was one of Arsenal’s best players but after a bad run of form and a disciplinary breach, he fell out with Mikel Arteta.
The Gunners bo⛦ss made it clear that he wasn’t going to use Aubameyang and the ex-Dortmund man had to consider his options. Barcelona came calling and he decided it waℱs a good move for him.
Odegaard has now admitted that it’s s🍨ad to see teammaꦿtes like Aubameyang leave but has urged his Arsenal pals to focus on the players who are still at the Emirates ahead of the business end of the season.
Odegaard on Aubameyang: It’s always sad to see players leave
The Norwegian said, as quoted b♓y : “I think it is always sad when players leave the club but that is up to the manager and the club to do those🍌 kind of things (referring to what Arsenal did with Aubameyang).
“Then we have to focus on the players that are hereꦺ and I think we have a strong group, and an interesting team. We need to focus on the players that are here and keep on improving and using our qualit𒁏ies.
“I think it is the team’s job to make sure we score goals, it is not up to one or two players. I think everyo𝔉ne needs to 😼help each other and create chances for each other, and help each other in front of the goal. I am sure we have the qualities in this team to score many goals.
“Of course, it’s an area we want to improve and we have to do a little bit better but I am sure we have🍸 ✱the quality in the team and the way we play.”

The Insider’s View:
Odegaard’s right, Arsenal have to forget what happened with Aubameyang and should focus on the players that are stil💯l at the club.
Lack of goals up front is a really big concern. Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah have scored a combined three goals in the Premier League all season, which is nowhere near ♈enough for a team aiming to finish in the top four.
Arteta has taken a big risk by letting a proven goalscorer like Aubameyang leave, but Arsenal should still back themselves to finish in🐓 🃏the top-four considering that they are just four points behind Manchester United and have three games in hand over the Red Devils.
