Roy Keane makes emphatic claim about Liverpool star Trent Alexander-Arnold

Liverpool star Trent Alexander-Arnold was in England action on Tuesday night as he helped his nation run out 2-0 winners over Finland at Wembley.

The Reds full-back delivered a dazzling display en route to another UEFA Nations League vic✨tory꧃ for Lee Carsley’s side.

Alexander-Arnold won the Player of the Match award on Tuesday night, his second consecutive accolade after also picking up the award in last weekend’s wi𝕴n over the Republic of Ireland.

The Liverpool ace delivered the assist for England’s opener and then provided the pass for Noni Mad๊ueke to set up 100-cap striker Harry Kane f🍨or his second.

Roy Keane, speaking after the game on ITV1 (10/9/2024, 9:46🃏pm), was eager to sing Alexander-Arnold’s praises.

Liverpool ace Trent Alexander-Arnold capable of ‘absolutely brilliant’ deliveries

The Manchester United legend saꦦid it was an “easy night” for the Liverpool star, who can deliver the kind of pass that not many others can.

“Easy night for him,” said Keane. “When you give top players time and space on the ball, and obviously, his decision-making, the type of passes he was making, givi𝔍ng his teammates a lovely pace of the pass.

“Obviously, Finland was tired and we could se♌e that, but this pass (for Harry Kane’s first goal), not many players can play that. The pass from Trent – absolute🦄ly brilliant.”

Alexander-Arnold displays suggest Gareth Southgate got it wrong at Euro 2024

Tꩲhe Liverpool star’s displays for England will surely raise eyebrows regarding Gareth Southgate’s decision to largely snub the player during Euro 2024.

Alexander-Arnold started the tournament in central midfield, but as the competition went on, Southgate opted to bring in more orthodo♊x options in the middle of the park.

The Reds academy graduate will surely be buzzing with how he got on for Engꦗland and will hopefully return to Anfield with a spring in ෴his step ahead of this weekend’s meeting with Nottingham Forest.
