Roy Keane and Ian Wright predict who’s going to win the Premier League… Arsenal or Man City
The new Premier League season begins on Friday, and Arsenal, Manchester City, Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United are all hoping to be in the title race.
The Gunners, Reds and City went toe-to-toe with each other for large parts of the 2023/24 season, and all of them were in great positions to win it at different points.
However, Liverpool fell off towards the end and although Arsenal took the race to the final day of the season, it was Manchester City who retained their crown.
Now, everybody is predicting who will win the 2024/25 Premier League season.
Roy Keane and Ian Wright disagree as they predict 2024/25 Premier League champions
Roy Keane, Jamie Carragher, Jill Scott, Ian Wright and Gary Neville revealed their predictions for the upcoming Premier League season in the latest episode of .
It’s never easy to predict anything – football is a crazy sport and you often feel silly when you look back on your predictions.
However, many feel the title race in the 2024/25 season will only be between Manchester City and Arsenal, so you’ve got a 50 per cent chance of guessing right.
The five pundits had their say about the upcoming title race, and four of them are in agreement over who is going to win it.
Wright was the only exception – “Arsenal,” he said when he was asked to predict who will win the 2024/25 Premier League season.
Keane and the others all went with Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City.

Can Arsenal pip Man City to the title?
Manchester City will start the season as the favourites to win the Premier League title.
Guardiola’s men have won it in each of the last four campaigns, and they definitely have the squad to do it again in the upcoming season.
However, Arsenal fell just two points short in 2023/24, and you can argue that they look a lot better now than they did this time last year.
The Gunners already had the strongest defence in the country – they have added Riccardo Calafiori to make it even stronger.
In attack, they have Gabriel Jesus back fitter than ever and looking incredibly sharp. That could make a big difference as the Brazilian struggled with injuries last season.
It’s going to be a long race, but Arsenal should back themselves to go all the way.
