Roberts reacts to Ndombele comments about Tottenham managers
Graham Roberts has taken to Twitter to hit out at Tanguy Ndombele after the Tottenham Hotspur loanee bemoaned the fact that he has worked under five different managers during his time in North London following his loan switch.
Ndombele was one of the players to leave Spurs on the final day of the transfer window. Lyon have taken the 25-year-old on loan. that the Ligue 1 side have the option to buy.

It comes after a turbulent time with Tottenham. Antonio Conte became the latest manager to lose patience with the midfielder. He had previously struggled under the likes of Mauricio Pochettino, Jose Mourinho, Ryan Mason, and Nuno Espírito Santo.
Interestingly, Ndombele that the turnover of managers damaged his chances of being a success at Tottenham.

The comments are unlikely to sit well with many Tottenham fans. Pochettino and Mourinho, in particular, gave Ndombele plenty of chances. And he had stints in the side under Nuno and Conte before falling out of favour.
Certainly, Roberts believes that the problem lies with Ndombele rather than the decisions from the Tottenham hierarchy to change manager…
Maybe you are the issue Tanguy not the managers ?

Lack of continuity did not help Ndombele, but Tottenham gave him enough chances
It is fair to say that Ndombele was not helped by Tottenham changing manager on several occasions. However, the Frenchman has now worked under at least three world-class coaches.
Pochettino was at the top of his game at Spurs. Mourinho initially threatened to take the club forward. And few coaches are as highly-rated in the world right now as Conte.
As Roberts notes, it says a lot that Ndombele could not prove a success under any of those managers. And it is a surprise that the midfielder seemingly deems that to be the main reason his time at Tottenham has not worked out.
