Robert Pires thinks Arsenal will re-sign Juventus midfielder Aaron Ramsey
that he believes Aaron Ramsey will retur𝕴n to Arsenal – but only after a few more 🌸years with Juventus, despite a disappointing spell with the Italian champions.
Ramsey, 30, left Arsenal in the summer of 2019 after h🐼is contract with The Gunners came to an end. The North London club failed to renew a deal for the Welsh midfielder – and♔ Juve pounced, signing him for nothing.
Fast forward 18 months and Ramsey has clocked up 55 appearances for the Old Lady, but has failed to replicate his Arsenal form – having a hand 𒅌in just 10 goals. This season he has played 20 games, but completed 90 minutes once.
Arsenal icon Pires thinks Ramsey will remain at Juve for the next few seasons before returning to Arsenal. He believes the 60-time international would be perfect for Mikel Arteta’s system, but expects him tওo stay at🌠 Juve now.

“He is very intelligent and knows how to adapt, Juve is a very big club and Serie A is improving him. He needs to stay a few more years and then he will return to Arsenal. It is my belie🤪f, but I am not a fortune teller,”
“Aaron would be perfect in Mikel Arteta’s game system, but he belongs to Juve and he has to stay 🦄focused on the Old Lady to win trophies. This year he has already won one, I hope it’s just the first in a long line.”
TBR’s view – If Ramsey rejoined Arsenal, where would he play?
Emile Smith-Rowe has established himself as the club’s first-choice numb♕er 10 – in front of Thomas Partey and Granit Xhaka. Martin Odegaard is on loan from Real Madrid, but it is unclear if the Norwegian will remain.
Ramsey turned 30 in December and by the time he returns▨ to Arsenal – if he ever does – he could be well into h⛄is thirties. He may find that playing in attacking midfield is beyond him, like Mesut Ozil found under Arteta.
But he still has enormous quality and the physical attributes to play in holding midfiel♋d. Alongside Thomas Partey and behind Smith-Rowe, Arsenal could form a brilliant midfield threesome.
