Richarlison says he has privately sent a strong warning to £40m Tottenham player
Tottenham Hotspur stars Richarlison and James Maddison are set to face each other as England take on Brazil on Saturday.
The two players are fan favourites at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. They are both having fine campaigns at club level, and Richarlison has now warned Maddison that he will replicate the same kind of form when his Brazil side go up against the Three Lions.

Richarlison says he has sent a warning to Tottenham’s James Maddison
The upcoming games in this international break are just friendlies, but if you know Richarlison, you know he will do anything to win those games.
That’s what is on his mind when Brazil face England at Wembley this Saturday.
The 26-year-old, after joining up with his national teammates, spoke to about how happy he was to be back in the squad under their new manager, Dorival Junior. He is desperate to be given an opportunity.
When asked how it would feel to take on his club-mate and good pal James Maddison, the Brazilian claimed he has warned the Englishman that there will be no friendship once that first whistle is blown.
Richarlison said: “I’ve even told [James] Maddison that there’s no such thing as friendship on the field.
“I hope we can play a great game and, preferably, with a victory.”

Maddison is unlikely to start for England vs Brazil
James Maddison is a terrific footballer and has had a fine season at Tottenham. He’s a really complete player.
The Englishman, who joined Spurs for £40 million last summer (), has directly contributed to 12 goals in 18 appearances. He definitely has the talent and quality to make a big impact for any side he plays.
However, it is extremely unlikely that Gareth Southgate will hand Maddison a start on Saturday. Jude Bellingham and Declan Rice are guaranteed starters, while it won’t surprise us if Phil Foden gets the nod too in the middle of the park.
Maddison is in the squad, so he could yet play a part. However, we don’t think he will start against Brazil on Saturday. Richarlison, on the other hand, is expected to lead the line for his country.
