Rhian Brewster reacts on Instagram as Liverpool ace scores wonder goal on loan

Liverpool youngster Harvey Elliott stole the show once again on Saturday as Blackburn Rovers lost 2-1 to Norwich City in the Championship.

The teenager has been a revelation in Tony Mowbray’s team, scoring three goals and claiming four assists for his loan club.

Elliott is due to spend the 2020/21 campaign at Ewood Park and Liverpool will surely be delighted with his progress.

After the game on Saturday, the 17-year-old took to Instagram to speak of his delight at another goal for Rovers.

He received some praise in response from former Liverpool player Rhian Brewster and Tottenham starlet Ryan Sessegnon.

Elliott is clearly relishing the regular first-team football that is coming his way and he’s thriving under Mowbray.

The Championship is a difficult league and he’ll be growing in strength with each passing game.

Blackburn are enjoying a decent campaign, although they have lost two and drawn one of their last three matches.

Elliott has been in the starting eleven 12 times for Rovers and has also showcased his ability to play in a number of positions.

With nine first-team appearances to his name already, Elliott will hope to one day become a Liverpool star.

He has an abundance of tricks and the key for the ex-Fulham man will be to gain as much experience as possible at Blackburn.

Rovers are reaping the benefits of Liverpool’s decision to loan him out right now and the Premier League champions will hope that continues.
