Reported Everton, Arsenal, and Leicester target Nicolas Tagliafaco set to leave Ajax, coach confirms
Everton have been handed a big boost in their pursuit of Ajax defender, Nicolas Tagliafico, with his current boss at Ajax, Erik ten Hag, resigned to losing him this summer.
earlier in the month claimed that the Toffees and Leicester had joined Arsenal in pursuit of Tagliafico.

The 27-year-old is widely expected to leave this summer. His performances in the Eredivisie and in Europe have led to admiring glances in the Premier League, with Chelsea another club who have also been noting his progress.
And speaking to Dutch publication, (via ), Ten Hag admitted Tagliafico, and others, will leave.
“Agreements have been made with Andre Onana, Donny van de Beek and Nicolas Tagliafico, but it remains to be seen whether the market is indeed breaking loose.
“For Onana and Van de Beek, another year of Ajax could certainly be an option. For Tagliafico it is slightly different because of his age.”
Those comments appear to suggest that Ajax are ready to cash in on the left-back. The Dutch giants base their entire model on developing and selling on younger players, meaning Tagliafico’s time has likely come.

The previous report from Le10 claimed Ajax wanted around £22.5m for their man. However, with markets dipping and money tight, it remains to be seen if they will get that sum.

Leicester are likely to be in the market for a left-back if Ben Chilwell leaves. If he does, then Brendan Rodgers will no doubt step up his pursuit on Ajax.
For Everton, an ageing Leighton Baines will need to be replaced eventually, although Lucas Digne has made the position his own and Baines is set to extend his deal, too.
There’s no way Tagliafico leaves to just sit on the bench. Leicester seems more likely. Even more so, as Kieran Tierney has impressed for Arsenal of late after overcoming his injury worries.
