Report: ‘World-class’ player will now become Tottenham’s fourth summer arrival

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly struck a deal to sign Barcelona’s Clement Lenglet on loan.

Gianluca Di Marzio broke the news on Wednesday night, claiming Lenglet to Spurs is ““.

Spurs have already signed Ivan Perisic, Fraser Forster and Yves Bissouma.
