Report: West Ham want Krzysztof Piatek; loan could be sanctioned
West Ham United are interested in Krzysztof Piatek with Hertha Berlin open to loaning the striker out this month, .
The Hammers will be looking to strengthen their attacking options before the window shuts. Sebastien Haller left the club earlier in the month.

that Piatek is on their radar. The 25-year-old has scored four goals in the Bundesliga this season.
He has featured in 15 of Hertha’s league games, but only started seven. And it appears that they are open to letting the Poland international leave before the deadline.

According to the report, they will sanction a loan with a view to buy in the summer. It is not made clear whether making the move permanent would be an option or not.
You would imagine that Hertha would want a club to commit to signing Piatek permanently in the summer before taking him on loan.
Piatek has struggled to rediscover the form that he showed during the season in which he scored 30 goals across spells with Genoa and AC Milan.
He did just about reach double figures last season. And that may encourage Moyes should he decide that he wants West Ham to confirm their reported with a bid.
