Report: West Ham star close to joining Antonio in signing new contract
West Ham may soon be able to announce that another of their players has signed a new contract, that Lukasz Fabianski is close to extending his deal by a year.
Fabianski has proved to be an amazing signing for the Hammers. He arrived in the wake of Swansea City being relegated back in 2018.

Fabianski has gone on to make 122 appearances for West Ham in all competitions. And he has managed to, so far, see off the challenge of Alphonse Areola at the London Stadium this season.
There were doubts over his future with the Hammers. His contract with the Irons is currently set to expire at the end of the campaign.

He is now 36 years of age, turning 37 in April. And West Ham have been heavily linked with a future move for Sam Johnstone. The Sun suggests that he remains a target.
But Fabianski is seemingly not going anywhere. that he is close to signing a new one-year deal.
It is suggested that David Moyes would ideally like Johnstone to eventually succeed Fabianski as first-choice. So it would appear that the Poland international signing fresh terms will not derail their transfer plans.
West Ham keeping Lukasz Fabianski an underrated piece of business
It may not be a piece of business that creates the biggest buzz. But Fabianski signing a new contract is great news for West Ham.
His form this season suggests that he is some way off being done at the highest level. .
And it would not be a surprise if he did indeed manage to initially keep the number one spot next year – even if Johnstone did arrive.
