West Ham United look set to miss out on Serhou Guirassy as that Rennes have agreed a £13.5 million fee for the striker.
that Amiens were hoping to sell the 24-year-old to a Premier League side this summer with Rennes previously being unwilling to meet their £18 million asking price.

the Hammers as admirers of Guirassy. Meanwhile, they also suggested that West Bromwich Albion and Crystal Palace were also keen.
However, it appears that they are set for disappointment if they were hoping to land Guirassy.

that Rennes have agreed a fee for the forward. Interestingly, they have managed to get the Ligue 2 side to drop his asking price by £4.5 million.
TBR View: £13.5 million move may have been worth punt for Premier League sides
Admittedly, the previous report noted that Guirassy had his heart set on a move to Rennes. So it was always going to be difficult for the Irons and others to secure his signature.
And in truth, they may not have been too worried about missing out while the asking price was £18 million.
He did well in Ligue 1 last season considering his side were relegated. But it would have been a substantial outlay for a striker who is yet to end a campaign having reached double figures for league goals.
A move for £13.5 million however, may have been more appealing. There would have been less pressure on Guirassy had he decided to come to the Premier League.
But it now appears that they are going to have to look elsewhere with Rennes agreeing a fee.
