, Juventus could be another option for the Serb.

A move for Cornet may not be easy for West Ham though, with Newcastle and Everton among several Premier League clubs chasing the 25-year-old.

Kostic deal getting too expensive for West Ham

Kostic would be a fantastic signing for West Ham, but shouldn’t be done at all costs.

The left-sided player was pivotal in Eintracht Frankfurt’s Europa League campaign, providing an assist in the final as they overcame Rangers to win their second European title.

He could attempt to win back-to-back Europa League titles if he joins West Ham, and Moyes would certainly appreciate the experience he brings.

However, Kostic is 29 years old and only has one year left on his contract.

It would be unwise for West Ham to spend heavily on Kostic when a younger alternative in Cornet is available.

Kostic may also be aware that West Ham haven’t been afraid to offer big money to players this summer, with reports coming out about the deal they approached Jesse Lingard with.

This could be one of the reasons why the deal is now getting so expensive, and a compromise will need to be reached for the move to happen.
