Report: West Ham and Aston Villa have made offers for Krzysztof Piatek
West Ham United and Aston Villa are both in need of extra firepower, and it would appear they might be after the same target.
, the Premier League sides are both interested in AC Milan striker Krzysztof Piatek.
The Poland international has slipped down the pecking order at San Siro following the return of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and could be on the move this month.

Piatek’s form has dipped this season following a bright start to life with the Rossoneri after joining from Genoa in January 2019.
He scored 11 goals in his first 21 games but in 2019/20 so far, he’s managed just four in 18 Serie A games.
Corriere state that West Ham, Villa and Bayer Leverkusen have all tabled offers for the player – who cost a reported £31 million () – but he is thought to be unwilling to leave.
TBR’s view – Piatek a gamble worth taking?
Piatek could still move this month if it dawns on him how little he’ll play after Ibrahimovic’s arrival.
He would represent a bit of gamble by the Hammers or the Villans considering how much he has dropped off since he first joined Milan.

Both sides are hovering just above the relegation zone right now and need someone who can put the ball in the back of the net regularly – especially Villa, who have lost Wesley for the rest of the season.
Piatek has shown brilliant predatory instincts in the past, but whether he could come in and hit the ground running in the Premier League is questionable.
