Report: West Brom want Chris Willock on loan after signing Grady Diangana
West Bromwich Albion have signed Grady Diangana but their business is not complete just yet. , Chris Willock is another potential loan target.
Slaven Bilic wants to bolster his squad before the end of the transfer window, which shuts at 5 PM today. Diangana has signed from West Ham on a season-long loan deal and other options are being explored.
The Baggies now want Matheus Pereira and Willock – two Portugal-based players – to sign on loan. Willock currently plays for Benfica B and can operate as a striker or as a winger.

He has been with Benfica since his summer 2017 move from Arsenal and he is the brother of Arsenal star Joe Willock. The 21-year-old could be set to return to England, though, with West Brom pursuing a loan deal.
Bilic is also eyeing Pereira on loan. The 23-year-old is a Brazilian winger who plays for Sporting CP in Portugal. He spent last year on loan at Nurnberg in the Bundesliga, where he impressed despite his side’s relegation.
Meanwhile, this report adds that Charlie Austin is closing in on a move. The 30-year-old striker is undergoing a medical and should complete his permanent switch from Southampton for £4m.
