Report: West Brom eye summer bid for Nottingham Forest’s Joe Worrall
West Brom are planning to make a bid for Joe Worrall this summer, that the Nottingham Forest stalwart is a target whether the Baggies stay up or not.
At the moment, the situation is looking bleak for Sam Allardyce’s side. They sit second bottom in the Premier League and have only won two games all season.

West Brom are currently 11 points off safety with 15 games remaining. And they have conceded 54 goals in the 23 fixtures they have played so far.
So it is no surprise that they are planning to strengthen their defensive options at the end of the campaign.

, Worrall is the player that they want. It is noted that technical director Luke Dowling attended Forest’s win over Wycombe at the weekend to watch the 24-year-old.
The report adds that West Brom plan to bid for Worrall regardless of whether they are in the Premier League or Championship next season.
Worrall is unlikely to come cheap. He has made 16 starts for Chris Hughton’s men this season. , he is under contract until 2024.
And given that West Brom hardly pushed the boat out with their spending this season, it is difficult to see the Baggies making the kind of offer that tempts Forest into selling their academy graduate unless they change their approach.
