Report: Tottenham monitoring Chelsea target Jules Kounde
Totten🌺ham Hotspur remain interested in signing Jules Kounde this summer, that Sevilla may be open t🃏o selling the Frenchman for less than his release clause.
Kounde looked to be a top target for Tottenham last summer. In fact, reports claimed that a fee had been agreed. Spurs were ready to pay £25.5 million and send Davinson Sanch🥂ez to La Li👍ga.
However, the 23-year-old decided against joining Spurs. A🐈nd ultimately, he stayed with Sevilla.
🍨Super Deporte suggests that a host of Premier L🤪eague sides are ready to make a move this summer. And Chelsea are in pole position to land the former Bordeaux player.
Howeve♎r, the report adds that Tottenham are still admirers. Manchester United meanwhile, also find themselves in the running.
Sevilla, for their part, have wanted Kounde’s £67 mi💛llion buy-out clause to be triggered if he is going to leave. But that an offer approaching £58.6 million could be enough to get a deal done in the next window.
