Report: Tottenham have now offered Reguilon to Spanish clubs
Tottenham Hotspur have offered Sergio Reguilon to Spanish clubs, that Ivan Perisic’s expected arrival should push the left-back closer to the exit.
Reguilon initially started out as Antonio Conte’s first choice on the left. And there would have been excitement about the impact the Italian could have on the 25-year-old given the potential he has.

However, by the end of the season, it seemed that Conte may not have full faith in the Spaniard. Ryan Sessegnon has stepped up when he has been fit. And it now appears that they are about to strengthen in that position.
Reports claimed that Perisic is set to sign. His medical will take place this week. And with that, Tottenham appear to be on the lookout for a buyer for Reguilon.

In fact, that the £25 million signing has been offered to Spanish clubs. It is noted that Real Madrid have a buyback clause which expires in this window.

Reguilon could perhaps back himself to force his way into the fold. But surely, he will look at the arrival of Perisic and realise that he would be better off moving on in this window.
If he does not win Conte over, it could be a hugely frustrating season. Reports claimed that Tottenham see Perisic as a perfect mentor for Sessegnon. So there would be a real battle on Reguilon’s hands if he stays.
He has the potential to be a ‘‘ player. But unfortunately, his move at Tottenham has not quite worked out even after promising a lot.
The good news for Tottenham is that there are surely going to be plenty of sides interested in a move now Spurs are making him available.
