Report: Tottenham fear Richarlison is out for a month with injury
Tottenham Hotspur fear that Richarlison could be out for a month, that the forward has returned to Hotspur Way a week earlier than planned to undergo scans.
Richarlison was set to be back in the fold next week following Brazil’s exit at the World Cup. Selecao were surprisingly eliminated at the quarter-final stage in Qatar.

The Evening Standard notes that Richarlison injured his hamstring in the warm-up of the last eight clash with Croatia. Nevertheless, the 25-year-old went on to play 84 minutes against the 2018 finalists.
Richarlison out for the month
And it seems that Tottenham will now pay the price for the forward pushing himself through the pain barrier.

that Richarlison returned to the Spurs training ground on Monday, one week ahead of schedule.
Unfortunately, the move was made to allow the former Everton man to undergo scans. And the club are now fearful that he could miss the next month – at least.
It would be a huge blow for Tottenham to be without Richarlison for that long. Regardless of how well Tite’s men performed at the World Cup, it appeared that he was set to return to North London with a spring in his step.
He was Brazil’s hero against Serbia in their opening game, scoring one of the goals of the tournament. And he also got on the scoresheet in the emphatic win over South Korea.
He had made an impact for Tottenham during the opening months of the season. But he had struggled to really stand out due to the amount of depth Antonio Conte has in attack.
The World Cup had the potential to give Richarlison a real boost.
But unfortunately, he is now facing a spell on the sidelines after doing all he could to get Brazil into the last four.
