Report: Tottenham and West Ham admirers of Juventus veteran Mario Mandzukic
that Juventus striker Mario Mandzukic is expected to join Manchester United in the January transfer window, but the report also claims that West Ham and Tottenham Hotspur are admirers of the Croat.
Mandzukic, 33, is expected to leave Juventus in the next window after failing to make a single appearance for Juventus this season under Maurizio Sarri. Cristiano Ronaldo, Paulo Dybala and Gonzalo Higuain are above him in the pecking order.
Manchester United have been linked with a move for the former Bayern Munich and Atletico Madrid star Mandzukic, as they are expected to be in the market to replace Romelu Lukaku – who joined Inter Milan in the summer.
Mandzukic has 18 months remaining on his contract at Juventus, and Juventus will accept offers of £9million for the target man. The latest reports claim Tottenham and West Ham are also keen on the player, but United lead the chase.

TBR’s view – £9m a bargain, Tottenham should hijack move
Manchester United are expected to complete a move for Mandzukic and the report does claim is “ready to say yes” over a move to Old Trafford. But at just £9million, Tottenham have got to their best to hijack a move.
Harry Kane has been in good form but is hardly firing on all cylinders. The England captain has no competition other than 17-year-old prospect Troy Parrott, who has managed just one senior appearance for Spurs.
After offloading Vincent Janssen and Fernando Llorente, Tottenham need a new replacement for Kane and at £9million, Mandzukic would be an excellent addition.
