Report: Tottenham agree £28million deal for AC Milan striker
Tottenham have reportedly agreed a deal for AC Milan centre-forward Krzysztof Piatek.
, Spurs have reached an agreement with the Italian giants of £28million for the striker.
It is understood that the 24-year-old is set to sign a deal that keeps him at Spurs until 2023.
The report also adds that he’s set to complete a medical in the next 48 hours, with Spurs set to beat off competition from Aston Villa, Newcastle United and Crystal Palace for his signature.
Piatek is looking to move on from the San Siro during this January transfer window and is set to get his wish.
The Poland international has just four goals in 18 games this season for Milan, but has proven he can be clinal in front of goal.
He was on the scoresheet 30 times across all competitions last season, which included time at both Genoa and Milan.

TBR’s View:
Spurs know that their main centre-forward Harry Kane is sidelined through injury until April, so fans are waiting to see how the club respond in the transfer window.
It looks like Jose Mourinho’s side are acting quickly with a deal agreed for Piatek and it looks like he’s closing in on a move to North London.
He is a player that has a difficult first half of the season, but would be thrown a big opportunity to fill a void in attack for Spurs and he could offer a real presence in attack.
