TBR View: Spurs loan move would make less sense for Liverpool

It would arguably be a great piece of business for Tottenham if they could get Brewster in any capacity this season.

He looks to have an incredibly bright future ahead of him, and demonstrated his ability in senior football with 11 goals on loan at Swansea City during the second-half of last season.

But it is unsurprising that Liverpool are reportedly keen to steer him elsewhere. If he is going to leave on loan, a switch to Tottenham would be a risk.

Of course, he is versatile. But he faces a monumental task trying to get in the side ahead of Harry Kane.

There would be opportunities with Spurs potentially battling on four fronts. But you can understand why Klopp is seemingly confident that he would be better off with the Blades if he is going to leave.
