Report: Spurs and Everton want Danny Ings; could cost £30m
Tottenham Hotspur and Everton are just two of the Premier League sides are interested in Southampton striker Danny Ings.
Ings’s future on the south coast remains uncertain. As noted by the Sunday Mirror, his contract with the Saints expires at the end of next season.

Unsurprisingly, Southampton are desperate to try and keep the 28-year-old. And it is suggested that they are prepared to make Ings their highest paid player should he sign fresh terms.
But there is plenty of interest in the forward. that Spurs, Everton, West Ham and Manchester City all want the England international.

Interestingly, the report claims that there is a belief that he will sign a new deal at St Mary’s. But his asking price will be £30 million should he look set to leave.
TBR View: Spurs and Everton may face tricky task
Ings looks set to have his pick of a cluster of exciting options this summer. And given his role with Ralph Hasenhuttl’s side, you could completely understand why he may decide to stay at Southampton.
The problem Spurs and Everton have is Ings would not be first-choice for either. Both Harry Kane and Dominic Calvert-Lewin are ahead of him in the goalscoring charts this season.
Should they both stay at their respective clubs, Ings may have major reservations about joining either.
West Ham meanwhile, clearly need a striker this summer. And turning down a move to Manchester City at the moment may be an incredibly difficult task.
So perhaps, it would be fair to say that Spurs and Everton may be underdogs as things stand.
