Report shares Nottingham Forest’s stance as Burnley eye Joe Worrall bid

Burnley are willing to pay £4 million as part of the swap deal that they hope will see Joe Worrall move to Turf Moor, while Ben Gibson heads in the opposite direction to join Nottingham Forest, .

It may not be a surprise to see Worrall leave the club this summer. But Forest look to be in a strong position as they look to get the best deal for the defender.

that Worrall wants assurances over game-time before he moves. But with Burnley also having Ben Mee and James Tarkowski in their ranks, those assurances are going to be difficult to provide.

That may mean that Worrall is less likely to push for a move to Burnley. Meanwhile, the Mail adds that Sheffield United are also interested.

So Forest should be able to hold out for what they feel is the best possible deal for the 23-year-old.
