Report shares Choudhury’s stance amid West Brom links
Hamza Choudhury would prefer to join West Bromwich Albion on loan over the likes of Newcastle and Southampton, .
Choudhury has been expected to be on the move for some time. He has made just one Premier League appearance for Leicester City so far this season.

Despite his lack of game-time, he has attracted a number of bids this month. The Express and Star claims that the Baggies, Magpies and Saints have all made loan offers for the 23-year-old.
And it is claimed that his preference would be to join West Brom. that he feels that he would play most at the Hawthorns.

It is also noted that joining Sam Allardyce’s side would ensure that he does not need to relocate.
TBR View: Gamble for West Brom to pursue loan for Choudhury
Choudhury is certainly a very good prospect. And the report notes that he is Allardyce’s number one target for this window.
However, signing him would ensure that they could bring no more Premier League players in on loan having already signed Conor Gallagher.
That would arguably make a loan bid something of a gamble. There are other areas of the squad that may perhaps require more urgent attention, and a loan signing could have really made a difference.
Of course, they can sign players on loan from elsewhere. But with plenty of time left in the window, bringing Choudhury in temporarily does come with an element of risk.
