Report: Sevilla could ask for Liverpool man in deal for Lucas Ocampos
Sevilla are considering asking for Takumi Minamino to be included by Liverpool in any deal involving Lucas Ocampos,
The Reds have seen their title defence collapse and it would seem as though one eye is already on the summer transfer window.
Sevilla value their player at £56 million and it remains to be seen whether Liverpool will consider such an amount.

The La Liga outfit are keen on Minamino, however, and could consider a lower cash outlay if he is included in the deal.
A Japanese international, the 26-year-old was loaned to Southampton during the January transfer window and his future seems unclear.
Jurgen Klopp has spoken fondly of the 26-cap star before but it remains to be seen if he’s part of the long-term picture at Anfield.
Ocampos has been at Sevilla since joining from Marseille in the summer of 2019. He has scored 24 goals and claimed 15 assists in 75 appearances for the club.
Liverpool will be keen to add some more attacking quality next season and the Argentinean can operate on either flank.
For the national team, he has scored twice in five appearances and Liverpool might not be the only club vying for his signature.
TBR View: Adding Minamino into Ocampos deal makes perfect sense
It has to be said that Minmino hasn’t really got going at Anfield and that’s down to a number of factors.
He joined the club at a time when the fearsome front three were in the form of their lives and earning game time has proved tricky.
His loan spell at Southampton is paying dividends but whether he’ll ever earn enough Anfield opportunities is another discussing altogether.

Ocampos is perhaps another level up from Minamino though.
He’s the same age and boasts more European experience that the Liverpool marvel.
If Sevilla are willing to lower their asking price on the basis that the Minamo is included, it’s got to be worth looking at from a Liverpool perspective.
