Roma could make a move for Joe Rodon after missing out on signing Clement Lenglet with the Frenchman looking set to join Tottenham Hotspur, .
Lenglet could well become Spurs’ next signing in this transfer window. 90min reports that Antonio Conte’s men have agreed a deal to take the 27-year-old on an initial loan from Barcelona.
That news may come as a disappointment to Jose Mourinho. Roma were one of the sides also interested in signing Lenglet. Reports this week claimed that the Giallorossi pulled out of the race due to his wage demands.
On the other hand, Lenglet moving to Tottenham does appear to have an upside for the Serie A side.

And he is attracting plenty of attention. Joining Roma will surely appeal to Rodon. Meanwhile, reports have previously suggested that Everton want the former Swansea City star.
Tottenham may not want to sell him permanently. But they would be wise to let him go in some capacity. He needs to play – and it may be Roma who offer him that.
