Rangers want to take Josh Tymon to Ibrox this summer, that Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s men have some hurdles to clear before they can sign the 23-year-old.
The Gers ended this past campaign on a high. They reached the Europa League final after an amazing run through the competition. And they went on to lift the Scottish Cup.

Of course, next year, the fans will expect the side to get their hands back on the Scottish Premiership trophy. And with that, Rangers have their eye on some expensive signings.
that Rangers want Tymon. The versatile full-back has just enjoyed his best campaign since joining Stoke City in 2017.

He made 48 appearances in all competitions, including 43 in the Championship. Potters boss Michael O’Neil praised his form earlier this season, suggesting that he was ‘‘ on the ball.
There is a problem for the Gers, however. Stoke want £5 million for Tymon. And The Sun on Sunday suggests that Rangers will have to wait to be able to make their move.
It is suggested that the Gers will either need to sell Borna Barisic or reach the group-stages of the Champions League to afford the move.
Rangers want Josh Tymon
Barisic did not have his best season at Ibrox. No goals and three assists in all competitions is nowhere near good enough for a player of the 29-year-old’s ability.
Reports claimed that he could leave Rangers in January. And there may well be interest again this summer.
But Tymon would be under plenty of pressure if he joined Rangers as his replacement. He has not had the easiest time at Stoke by any means. And a £5 million fee may not make his task any easier.
