Rangers have once again turned their attention to Liverpool attacker Ben Woodburn ahead of the summer.
, the Gers wanted to sign the 19-year-old last summer before he ended up joining Sheffield United on loan.
It is understood that the Wales international is now back on Steven Gerrard’s radar and there could be fierce competition for his signature.
The report details that Blackburn, Brentford, Hull and West Brom are all keen on loaning him next season, but Rangers hope they can win the race for him.
Woodburn spent the first half of the season out on loan with Sheffield United in the Championship, where he struggled for opportunities and didn’t make the desired impact.
He returned to Liverpool in the New Year and has spent the last few months starring for the Under-23s side.

TBR’s View:
Rangers have heard it all before when it comes to Woodburn, but hopefully they can wrap up a deal for him next season.
The left-winger is a dazzling teenager with immense potential and he needs regular first-team football to continue his development.
He is a 10-time capped Wales international that has proven he can perform at an elite level and just needs a springboard now at club level.
Rangers have made steady improvements this campaign, but will need to go up another couple of gears in Gerrard’s second season if they truly want to end Celtic’s domestic dominance.
