Rangers have heard it all before when it comes to Woodburn, but hopefully they can wrap up a deal for him next season.
The left-winger is a dazzling teenager with immense potential and he needs regular first-team football to continue his development.
He is a 10-time capped Wales international that has proven he can perform at an elite level and just needs a springboard now at club level.
Rangers have made steady improvements this campaign, but will need to go up another couple of gears in Gerrard’s second season if they truly want to end Celtic’s domestic dominance.
