Report: PSG defender N’Soki ‘impressed’ by Newcastle project
Newcastle United transfer target Stanley N’Soki is said to be impressed with the project on offer from the club.
, the French full-back is keen on a move to Tyneside, with an €8 million/£7.2 million bid having been tabled.
The Magpies’ interest in N’Soki stretches back to last summer, but a move failed to materialise.

Talks have resumed a year on, and there is feeling this time around that a deal can be agreed. PSG are holding out for €10-€12 million/£9-£10.8 million.
Apparently N’Soki sees Newcastle as a chance to develop his career further, and is also attracted by the passion of the fans.
Newcastle face competition from fellow Premier League side Southampton and several other clubs, meaning they can’t afford to waste time.
TBR’s view
It’s a big boost for Newcastle if N’Soki really is keen on the club.
The 20-year-old has brilliant potential and would provide the fresh impetus that has been needed at left-back for so long.

Matt Ritchie covered well as a converted wing-back last term, but the 29-year-old is not a long-term option for the position.
Paul Dummett is an underrated defender, but there are question marks against his attacking output.
