Report: ‘Phenomenal’ player is now becoming more likely to link up with Alexis Sanchez than join Arsenal
Crystal Palace talisman Wilfried Zaha is a target for Arsenal but is becoming increasingly likely to move abroad, with Marseille now keen.
report that Zaha wants Champions League football but also to be a first team player wherever he goes next.
They say that contract talks with Palace have not progressed and he is now increasingly likely to leave Selhurst Park either in January or the summer.
Arsenal wanted a winger in the summer and that could well be a priority again next month, although Gabriel Jesus’ injury at the World Cup could alter the landscape.

Zaha wanted by Marseille
A move to Marseille would see Zaha link up with Alexis Sanchez, as well as Matteo Guendouzi and Sead Kolasinac who also have Gunners connections.
They failed to knock Tottenham out of the Champions League on the final round of matches, in a game which had an extra spice.
German outfits Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig are also tracking Zaha and could give him the chance to dine at European football’s top table.
Mikel Arteta is a big admirer of Zaha: “I think he’s a terrific player and I think the impact he’s had in the Premier League in the last few years has been phenomenal,” he in January 2020.
“His ability to create chances on his own is unique. We know Wilf and the type of talent he is. When he gets isolated in one-on-one situations, we know what he can do.”
But he is 30 and may not fit the age profile Arsenal have put together for their squad recruitment despite being an exceptional Premier League player capable of influencing any game.
