Report: Nuno successor could be in London today to join Tottenham
that Antonio Conte could be in London as early as today to replace Nuno Espirito Santo at Tottenham.
Santo, 47, was sacked by Tottenham on Monday morning after Spurs suffered a dismal 3-0 home defeat to Manchester United on Saturday.
It was a fifth defeat in 10 Premier League games and while the other five resulted in wins, Spurs fans had already become disillusioned with Nuno.
A lack of identity, combined with no attacking prowess and an out-of-form Harry Kane has ultimately seen the end of Nuno’s four-month spell.
Di Marzio now reports that Spurs are looking to move quickly. Levy is renowned for having a successor in place as soon as possible.
Following the exit of Mauricio Pochettino, Jose Mourinho was on the doorstep. Now, it appears Spurs may finally get Conte.

Conte to replace Nuno at Tottenham: Levy works wonders
Quite incredibly, it seems that Conte will now accept the Tottenham role – as per Di Marzio. The report claims he could in the Capital today to sign.
It is believed that Spurs are completing the final details to hire the Italian, who of course, won the Premier League as Chelsea manager.
If Conte is appointed, then Tottenham have pulled off a masterstroke. Conte in, Nuno out, is one of Levy’s best ever chess moves as Spurs supremo.
