Report: Nottingham Forest and West Ham considered Moise Kean
Nottingham Forest and West Ham United considered a move for Moise Kean in the summer, with Juventus keen to offload the striker, .
Kean is in something of a bizarre position at Juve. He has just passed the midway point in a two-year loan deal. So technically, he remains an Everton player.

However, Juve have agreed an obligation to buy the Italy international for up to £27 million next summer. But he has not had the best time since returning to Turin.
He has scored six goals in 47 games in all competitions. And with that, the Old Lady were open to moving Kean on in the summer window.

That would involved Juventus triggering the option to sign Kean permanently before immediately selling him. And there was interest.
In fact, that Paris Saint-Germain, West Ham and Nottingham Forest all considered Kean. But no club was willing to put up the kind of money Juventus wanted for the 22-year-old.

It does appear that Everton have done extremely well to make their money back for Kean. Unfortunately, his time at Goodison Park did not work out for anyone.
That is not to say that Kean will not come good at some stage. You do not play for the likes of Juve and PSG and move for big money on more than one occasion without having real talent.
But it does appear that the likes of Forest and West Ham made a wise decision if they decided against a move for Kean in the summer.
He would have cost a considerable sum. And he is still developing his game.
He has been described as a ‘player. But given the figures Juventus would have probably wanted, it is little surprise that West Ham and Forest took their reported interest no further.
