Report: Newcastle want ‘very special’ £25m talent on Spurs and Arsenal radar
Newcastle United are still eyeing Hugo Ekitike amid interest from Tottenham and Arsenal, according to .
The Magpies, Spurs and the Gunners are just three of the clubs reportedly keen on signing the Reims prodigy.
As well as Newcastle, Tottenham and Arsenal, the likes of West Ham, PSG and Borussia Dortmund are apparently also eyeing Ekitike now ().

The 19-year-old has been in impressive form this term, registering 10 assists and four assists from 24 club appearances.
Newcastle will be eager to go from relegation battlers to silverware hopefuls over the coming years.
Meanwhile, Tottenham could do with cover and competition for Harry Kane.
As for Arsenal, they could end up with not a single senior striker on their books come the summer.
Can Magpies succeed where they failed in January?
Newcastle fans endured a nervy but ultimately fulfilling January transfer window.
The Magpies got the Kieran Trippier and Chris Wood deals over the line in the first fortnight.
However, Newcastle still needed several more reinforcements as they continued to battle relegation.
In the end, the Magpies brought in three more players in the final few days of the month.
Bruno Guimaraes, Dan Burn and Matt Targett arrived at St James’ Park shortly before the window shut.
There were quite a few transfer sagas that ultimately led to nothing.
However, one of those may well be revived in the summer.
Newcastle were reportedly hoping to sign Reims striker Hugo Ekitike.
However, the 19-year-old opted to stay put in France and reassess his options come the summer.
Now, But! Football Club claims Newcastle have rekindled their interest in Ekitike, who reportedly has a £25million price tag.
With the Magpies now closing in on Premier League survival, and the player having had time to think about his future, it could very well happen.
“He works hard in training”
In 2021, Reims head coach Oscar Garcia waxed lyrical about Ekitike.
He told The Ligue 1 Show on beINSPORTS, via the Ligue 1 : “There is something very special about him.
“He’s young, and he has the quality to become a very good player.
“He’s started a lot of games now, he’s a young man with a lot of quality but also a lot to improve on, but he works hard in training.”
