Report: Liverpool table player-plus-cash offer to sign Brazilian midfielder
that Liverpool have tabled a player-plus-cash offer to sign Otavio this summer. It is claimed that Marko Grujic has been included by Liverpool in a deal for Otavio, after Grujic spent last season on loan at Porto. The report states Grujic is included, as well as £19.75million.
Grujic, 25, has spent the last three seasons on loan. Joining Hertha Berlin on loan in 2018, he remained with the Bundesliga for the last two seasons. Having played 54 times, he then joined Porto last term and clocked up 39 appearances for Porto. Clearly, he has left an impression at Porto.
The 12-time Serbia international has been included in an offer from Liverpool for Otavio. The Brazilian has a £35million release clause, which increases to £50million in a few weeks. Grujic is a part of the player-plus-cash offer, along with £19.75million for the left winger.

Should Porto accept offer including Grujic from Liverpool for Otavio?
Porto will clearly want to keep Grujic, who impressed in his season on loan. But the Serb is likely to cost more than £10million. If he is included in a deal along with £19.75million, then because of his release clause, it suggests Liverpool rate Grujic at little over £15million. Porto can do slightly better.
Porto will be well within their rights to negotiate the deal and ask for a fee closer to £25million along with Grujic. A fair deal will be on that is in between those two figures, along with Grujic. Porto could delay the move, though, until his release clause reaches a whopping £50million.
