According to , Liverpool plan to submit a €100m (£85m) bid for Barcelona wonderkid Pedri, who Jürgen Klopp is a huge fan of.

Antoine Griezmann was even loaned to Atletico Madrid, just to get his wages off the books according to .

In that respect, Liverpool have to be banging Barcelona’s door down for Pedri now, while they’re in a vulnerable financial situation.

If the Reds allow the Spanish giants to recover, it will become even harder to lure Pedri to Anfield.
