Report: Liverpool in talks to sign £50m-rated warrior from Lille
Liverpool are reportedly in talks with the representatives of Lille midfielder Boubakary Soumare,
The Reds are keen to bolster the꧙ir ranks during the summer and it’s thought the club are looking at sev𝔍eral potential new signings.
Soumare has been in fine form for the Ligue ꦏ1 side this season🌼 playing in 30 games in all competitions.
Juventus are also said to be keen on the player 🌳who will see his contract expire in the summer of 2021.
Back in January, it was reported by the🅘 Daily Mail tha♓t Lille received six bids for the player, although the Ligue 1 club want to recoup £50 million for the midfielder.
It’s unsure whether Liverpool were one of the clubs interested in January but the latest report cl💮aims discussions have now begun.
Newcastle were said to have had a bid of acceptedဣ for Soumare in January. The deal would have risen to £50 million but the player wasn’t keen on the move.
If he does land a move to L🦹iverpool in the su༺mmer his decision to wait and bide his time would look justified for certain.
The Reds could do with some more legs in midfield and Soumare would provide Jurgen Klopp with something di🌸fferent to what he already has.
Although the player could cost close toඣ £50 million, at 21 Soumare would prove a sound investment for the future.
The youngster is a ferocious midfielder with s✨uperb athleticism and isn’t afraid to get stuck in.
