Aston Villa boss Gerrard battling Liverpool to sign Coutinho
Gerrard and Coutinho formed a ♏fantastic partnership at Liverpool all those years ago. The legendary Englishman knꦫows the Barcelona man’s quality better than most others, which is probably why he wants him.
Liverpool do need an attacking midfielder if there’s one available, and Coutinho, a Champions League winner, would be a decent option. The Brazilian knows what it is to play for the club and eve♎n though he left the Reds𝔉 for a bigger side, many fans adore him even to this day.
If that’s not enough options for Coutinho, Everton, Newcastle Arsenal and Tottenham have also been linked with🐻 a move for him. That makes him a wanted man, but the report claims that no club has officially reached out to Barcelona with an offer just yet.

Where should Coutinho go – Anfield or Villa Park?
A return to Liverpool would be a fairytale for Coutinho and a number of Liverpool fans. He was absolutely outstanding for them when he was there and he could be a decent option for Jurgen Kܫlopp at times until the end of the season as well.
However, when everybody’s fit and available, will the Braziꦛlian really be the first choice a🍸t Liverpool? We don’t think so!
That makes a move to Aston Villa a much better option for Coutinho as he will play every week under his good pal Gerrard. He could make a real difference at Villa Park, but whether the Villans can afford to pay his astronomical wages is a completely di꧙fferenꩲt story.
