Report: Leicester and Burnley join Arsenal in race to sign Stoke star
Leicester and Burnley are set to join Arsenal in the race to sign Stoke City defender Nathan Collins,
The man-mountain central defender looks set for a bright future, having come through the ranks at the Championship club.
It was recently claimed in that Stoke were anticipating a bid from Arsenal given their long-standing desire to sign him.
The 20-year-old has come of age with Stoke. He made 27 appearances last season and is an intimidating presence.

He stands at 6ft 4in tall and as a result, he’s a complete menace in the air.
It’s little surprise that other clubs are now interested in signing the Championship enforcer.
At this stage, it’s unclear how much the Potters would want for their prized asset.
Stoke could certainly be forced into sales this summer though. recently claimed they were keen to slash the wage budget in the near future.
Burnley and Leicester both provide attractive options for the young centre-back.
The Foxes played some lovely football during 2020/21, winning the FA Cup.
Wes Morgan has retired, whilst Jonny Evans isn’t getting any younger. In Brendan Rodgers they also have a boss renowned for improving younger players.
Burnley are now an established Premier League outfit and Collins would get plenty of first-team football at Turf Moor.
Arsenal can’t let competition snare Collins
The Gunners will have designs on doing plenty of business during the summer transfer window.
Without European football though they will have to be savvy in their intentions.
As a result, landing the talented 20-year-old would make perfect sense.

He only has 47 first-team appearances to his name but he looks a nice fit for Arsenal.
Arteta would relish the chance to help him realise his potential and with David Luiz gone a space has opened up.
Arsenal supporters might fancy a bigger name but in pipping Leicester and Burnley, the Gunners could land themselves a coup.
