Report: Leeds summer signing hits ground in disgust after misplacing pass in training, ‘sublime’ after
Leeds United continue to fine-tune their preparations in Australia ahead of the start of the Premier League season.
The Whites have one game left on their pre-season tour, against Crystal Palace on Friday at Perth’s Optus Stadium.
On Wednesday, Leeds held an open training session at the Fremantle Oval, around 10 miles from Perth.

Jesse Marsch put his players through their paces in front of a crowd of around 1,000 people.
The tour has presented the Leeds fans with an opportunity to see their new signings in action.
One of those new faces is Rasmus Kristensen, one of Marsch’s first signings this summer.
Leeds confirmed the 24-year-old’s signing from Red Bull Salzburg early in June.
Kristensen, a Denmark international, joined Leeds for , penning a long-term contract.
The right-back has hit the ground running for the Whites, looking impressive in pre-season.
“Sublime skill”
And Leeds Live journalist William Jackson, who was in Fremantle, loved how hard Kristensen worked in training.
‘Kristensen has been one of Leeds’s best summer signings so far and it’s clear he takes training seriously,’ he wrote on .
‘The right-back was extremely hard on himself when his throughball, intended for Bamford, went astray, hitting the ground in disgust, but he made up for it with a couple of pieces of sublime skill.
‘(Kristensen) found Harrison with an inch perfect cross from deep, which the winger duly converted, and his cross-field passing ability was noted by the press pack watching on the sidelines.’
It’s great to see a player working so hard in training and taking things so seriously, showing Marsch was right to sign him.
While Leeds have lost two of their star players, they’re building an impressive team, and it’ll be exciting to see how they do in the Premier League.
The Whites get their campaign under way on Saturday 6 August against Wolverhampton Wanderers at Elland Road.
