Gallagher proved in the Championship last season that he is an incredibly exciting player. And thus, neither Marcelo Bielsa or Slaven Bilic will want to miss out now that they have another opportunity.

Of course, a loan deal may not be ideal for either club. His long-term future looks set to be at Chelsea.

But with the new season rapidly approaching, landing Gallagher on loan could provide a timely boost for either of the newly-promoted sides.
