Report: Leeds and Stoke interested in £4m-rated Portsmouth centre-back Matt Clarke

Clarke has been exceptional at the back for Portsmouth this season, earning himself a place in the EFL League One Team of the Year.
And he produced an assured performance in Sunday’s Checkatrade Trophy final alongside the equally-solid Christian Burgess in central defence.
