Report: Leeds 20-year-old annoyed Bielsa and had no future but that could all change under Marsch
Cody Drameh is currently seeing out the season on loan from Leeds United with Cardiff in the Championship.
The have reported on the circumstances around that temporary exit, which happened under Marcelo Bielsa, who has of course since been replaced by Jesse Marsch.
They say that Bielsa didn’t want Drameh to go out on loan but the 20-year-old forced an exit against his manager’s wishes.
That apparently annoyed Bielsa, who is notoriously stubborn, to the extent that the report says it was hard to see a Leeds future for Drameh if there had not been a change in the dugout.

But they say that the situation could change under Marsch at Elland Road, when the young defender comes back for pre-season.
As ever, it is a case of a manager getting a look at his young players to assess their level quickly to see if they can do a job for them that season.
Drameh may prefer to have another campaign of playing regular football, with his performances in the second tier likely to attract interest at that level.
But Leeds are not flush with defensive depth and Marsch may decide to use Drameh more when his first full Whites campaign gets underway.

Does Drameh have a Leeds future?
One potential issue for Drameh is Leeds bringing in new blood to strengthen Marsch’s options at right-back.
We have already written that he may need to consider his future if Leeds firm up their interest in Calvin Ramsey and sign him from Aberdeen.
Sergino Dest is another right-back who has been linked with Leeds and of course if someone comes in to really battle Luke Ayling, another loan might be best.
