His attacking qualities have impressed fans, and it would appear the majority of supporters want the club to trigger the option-to-buy that is reportedly in place.

Everton may face a fight though, with Juventus now apparently in the mix.

Calciomercato say Danilo has failed to convince following his summer move from Manchester City, and that Mattia De Sciglio is likely to move onat the end of the season

Sidibe has supposedly been on their radar since last summer, and Juve could now attempt to negotiate with his parent club AS Monaco.

TBR’s view – Everton must make Sidibe one of their own

Amid reports Juventus are keen, Everton simply have to ensure they don’t lose Sidibe, who has been one of the team’s better performers this year.

The star has shown his quality in both attacking and defensive phases this season, and he can also operate at left-back if needs be.

£12.7 million is believed to be the amount Everton can purchase Sidibe permanently for (), and Everton surely have to trigger that as soon as they are able.

Juve’s interest in the player in itself is an indicator just how impressive he’s been, and the Toffees would regret letting him go.
