Tottenham Hotspur could make a late move for Noni Madueke if their bid for Adama Traore fails, .

Madueke move possible

Tottenham are apparently in talks to land Traore on loan as they look to seal a deal for the Wolves winger.

Spurs would ideally like to take Traore on loan before purchasing him next year, to help with their finances.

However, whether Wolves would be willing to sanction such a move remains to be seen.

), departed in search of regular football and that move has been a masterstroke, as his reputation has steadily increased in Holland.

Madueke is now considered to be one of England’s best young talents, and a star of the Eredivisie.

Big potential

Tottenham obviously have taken note of his potential, as they are apparently considering making a move to bring the 21-year-old back to North London this summer.

If Madueke was to join he may not have the immediate impact on Nuno’s starting line-up that Traore would.

However, there is an argument to suggest that he could be the more financially prudent investment, especially at £22 million ().

Madueke could well have a higher ceiling than Traore, if he fulfils his potential, and he also possesses greater re-sale value due to his tender years.
