Report explains how Euro 2021 is key to Moise Kean transfer desire
Everton striker Moise Kean is being targeted by AS Roma and it is believed the Italian is hoping for a move back to Italy, according to reports in his homeland.
The Toffees completed the eye-catching capture of Kean last summer, paying Juventus a fee in the region of a £27.5 million to sign the young Italian international.
However, Kean has struggled to find his feet on Merseyside, scoring just one goal and finding himself below Richarlison and Dominic Calvert-Lewin in the pecking order.
It has led to plenty of rumours regarding a potential move back to Italy in the next transfer window.
Roma are the current leading name in the race for Kean’s signature. Now, , Kean is hoping for a deal to be done.
It all seems to revolve around his hopes to play in the European Championships for Italy. Previously, when the tournament was set for 2020, Kean was likely prepared for the worst. However, the global health crisis has seen the Euros suspended until 2021 and Kean wants to force his way into the Azzurri plans for the tournament.
A move to Roma might help him do just that, with his Everton career clearly on the ropes.

Everton fans have not given up the faith on Kean but it seems he has one eye on Euro 2021 and might feel playing in Italy will give him better exposure regarding a place in the squad for the finals.
