Graham Potter has apparently told Tottenham Hotspur that he has ‘no interest’ in risking his reputation under Daniel Levy, .

Potter a no go?

The Brighton & Hove Albion boss was strongly linked with the Tottenham job before they appointed Nuno in the summer.

However, it seems that Tottenham’s chances of landing the 46-year-old manager were dented by Levy.

, has no urge to work under him.

The move from Brighton to Tottenham would generally considered a big step up, but the job apparently didn’t appeal to Potter just months ago.

That news may disappoint Tottenham fans, who have been calling for Potter to take charge once again.

Nuno has come under significant pressure after Tottenham lost the North London derby 3-1 at the weekend.

The Portuguese boss has seen question marks arise over his suitability for the role at Spurs, due to his defensive style of football.

Potter, on the other hand, has Brighton competing right at the top end of the table.

The Seagulls are currently just one point outside the top four, having made a blistering start to the new campaign.

And if Tottenham are looking for a new manager again in the near future it would not be a surprise if he was tipped to be a candidate for the role, despite his apparent stance over working with Levy.
