Report: Everton striker Cenk Tosun is having medical ahead of Crystal Palace loan
Everton striker Cenk Tosun is reportedly undergoing a medical ahead of a move to London club Crystal Palace.
, the 28-year-old is taking a medical on Friday ahead of completing a six-month loan move to Selhurst Park until the end of the season.
The report explains that the centre-forward has preferred to stay in England or move to Germany, rather than return to homeland Turkey.
Palace boss Roy Hodgson has been keen to add an attacker during the January window and it appears like he is closing in on a deal.

TBR’s View:
Tosun has been unable to really stamp his authority in the Everton team during his time on Merseyside and an exit is no surprise.
The Turkey international has only managed eight appearances across all competitions this campaign and doesn’t look likely to get much of a look-in if he stays for the rest of the season.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin has quickly become the first-choice striker under new manager Carlo Ancelotti and looks like a long-term solution in attack.
Tosun can look to rebuild his stuttering career during a loan with Palace still in the Premier League, but surely his time with Everton is up come the summer.
