Report: Everton rivalling West Ham for Adam Armstrong
Everton have joined West Ham United in the race to sign Adam Armstrong, that the striker remains on the Hammers’ radar ahead of the summer.
Armstrong was one of the options David Moyes looked at as he hoped to replace Sebastien Haller following his January exit.

However, the window closed without a new striker arriving. So unsurprisingly, it appears that West Ham are already making plans for the end of the season.
, Moyes has instructed his scouts to keep an eye on Armstrong. It is noted that the Irons were considering making an £8 million offer for the 23-year-old last month.
However, they are not the only Premier League side monitoring the former Newcastle man. The Sun adds that Fulham and Everton also want the youngster – although they both view him as a potential squad player.

The report adds that Blackburn will sell if they are not promoted. They are apparently looking for at least £10 million.
Armstrong has been one of the most lethal goalscorers in the Championship this season. He has scored 17 times, already eclipsing his tally from the last campaign.
Only Ivan Toney has scored more in the second tier. But he is also an unselfish player. He has contributed nine assists since the start of last season.
West Ham, without question, need a striker in the summer. Meanwhile, Everton could also have an issue to address with Josh King only contracted until the end of the campaign as things stand.
So it currently looks highly possible that Armstrong will be playing Premier League football next season – whether that be with Blackburn or elsewhere.
